Obaproof Skim Coat 165 Base is a ready mixed mortar formulation of cement, limestone powder, graded silica sand, and chemical additives. It is specially developed to give a whiter and brighter surface by patching up pinholes and uneven surfaces in the wall and ceiling. Obaproof Skim Coat 165 Base normally used as a base coat together with Obaproof Skim Coat 168 Finish a much smoother surface finish.
